Aw, man. she was great. (I didn't find much of hers other than The Pushcart War and the toothpaste book. But those were certainly in and of themselves pretty nifty.)
I love dat book. I'm glad she wrote other things. I'll have to go find them.
I recognized that quotation right away.
I've thought for years that The Pushcart War should be filmed. I'm not surprised it was stalled, but I still cast parts in my head for the various roles.
I've read a few others, but nothing equaled TPC.
Hm. Books to acquire, if I ever get around to procreating.
Why wait? The books are awesome now.
