In honor of the playoffs
Today I've done clinic PT (progress: everything that was making me insufficiently dizzy and is now made harder so it will make me sufficiently dizzy and sick again! Yay!), and I'm going to a concert with [info]markgritter and [info]timprov; tomorrow I expect to be completely useless, but these things happen.

But! The completely non-useless news of the day is that On Spec has bought another of the Carter Hall hockey fantasies: "Carter Hall Judges the Lines." Yay! We like On Spec. We like hockey. We like fantasy. We like money. How can any of this possibly be a bad thing?

(This is the one where Carter has to adjudicate among a certain set of three Greek goddesses while also dealing with peewee hockey. Things ensue, as you'd expect they might.)

yay On Spec!

Yay, progress and moving on into more dizziness?

Definitely yay. We have to get through all the dizziness stages before we get to the lack of dizziness.

Yay, On Spec!

Glad to hear about the PT progress as well. It sounds like it must be horribly frustratingly slow, but not quite as horribly frustrating as no progress at all.

Definitely not as horribly frustrating as no progress at all. No progress at all would be the "reevaluate what you are going to be able to do in life, ever, on a major scale" thing.

Congrats on the sale! I'm always up for a Carter Hall story.

Hooray for the sale! On Spec rocks.

I'm glad the PT is progressing. Whoof.

My wife is going through similar PT for dizzyness. Something about "putting the crystals back into the box"; she has to lean one way, turn her head, then lift up quickly.

Seems like it's working...

Oh, good! That means she has BPPV, which is a much faster course of PT, on the average, than for what I've got. I'm glad to hear that if she has to endure dizziness, it's for something that has good odds of being fixed fairly quickly.

Oh, for the days when progress is not dizzy and nauseating. But progress is progress, and I'm glad to hear that the PT is in fact progressing. (Hmm, a couple more uses of "progress" in a paragraph and I think I'll win some sort of prize.)

And woo, sale!

Wooooo for sales and good things!

And a double woo for progress, even if progress means things get hard again.

Congratulations!

And hey, Sharks are advancing. Given the state of Bay Area sports right now, that's really something.

Something indeed: one of the teams for which I am a secondary fan is the Flames.
